Iterative engineering

We work from first physical principles, with a plan that is evaluated at every step: tooling, mechanisms, electronics and stations are custom-designed and iterated on the test bench before the final version is manufactured.

Cartesian palletiser

Designed to accept pallets in different formats, with layer-pattern sequencing and an infeed buffer so that removing a pallet does not stop the line upstream.

Automatic measuring, cutting and sequencing: the pieces are wound at the exact length and in the exact order, so that they can be unrolled directly onto the mould, reducing preparation time.
