The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

That in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated in a lawful, fair and transparent manner in relation to the interested party and adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

INFORMATION FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE PURPOSE
ODYSSEY ROBOTICS S.L. is the Controller of the personal data of the interested party and informs you that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), for the legitimate interest of the Controller, providing you with the following information on the treatment:
Purpose of processing: to involve the interested party in the personnel selection processes, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the Controller’s vacant post.
Legitimation of processing: unequivocal consent through a clear action by the interested party (GDPR, art. 6.1.a).
Registration of CVs: we inform you that this is the only official procedure to accept your CV, so CVs sent by another different procedure will not be accepted.
Data retention criteria: they will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality, both in the processing and in its subsequent destruction. In this sense, after the aforementioned period, and if you wish to continue participating in the Controller’s selection processes, please send us your CV again.
Updating your data: If any changes are made to your data, please notify us in writing as soon as possible, so that we can keep your data up to date.
Data communication: Your data may be processed and/or communicated to the companies that make up our group (whose addresses appear on this website) for the duration of your CV and for the purposes previously mentioned.
